As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, streamlining processes, and enhancing the overall candidate experience. Role Description The Field Operations Specialist is responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination and performance management of field drivers, operations, vehicles, and equipment. This role ensures delivery excellence in productivity, quality, incident response, reporting, safety, and compliance by following established operational guidelines. You will partner with regional teams, drivers, fleet partners, and client stakeholders to ensure production goals and KPIs are consistently achieved. - Lead the management of daily field operations to ensure Target Kilometers and coverage plans are achieved. - Coordinate driver scheduling, readiness, training completion, telematics onboarding, and compliance checks. - Drive operational productivity—monitor active cars, mapping hours, daily output, and resource availability. - Ensure safety, parking, disk handling, and equipment guidelines are strictly followed. - Respond to incidents (accidents, PR issues, technical failures) within required SLA timeframes. - Produce required daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accurate performance metrics. - Identify performance gaps, execute corrective actions, and escalate risks promptly. - Oversee fleet readiness, equipment distribution, consumable management, and chain‑of‑custody. - Support resource scaling (ramp‑up and ramp‑down) to meet operational demand within required timelines. - Maintain strong communication across internal teams and external client partners.
