Role Description Au sein du service pilotage transformation et réglementation (SPTR) de la direction des ressources humaines (DRH), le chargé.e de la mise en qualité de la donnée intègre une équipe pluridisciplinaire avec des missions transverses au sein même de la direction des ressources humaines. Il/Elle sera en charge de : - L’évaluation de la qualité de la donnée - La gestion de la donnée avec un objectif de fiabilité et de complétude - Proposer des modes opératoires permettant une utilisation efficace de l’outil et une prise de décision éclairée - Améliorer les pratiques de gestion au sein de la direction des ressources humaines et plus globalement de l’Agence - Normaliser les données - Participer à la réflexion sur la possibilité d’une déconcentration des actes de gestion notamment au travers de l’efficience des process et de la donnée VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS : - Gestion de projet de la donnée - Evaluation de la complétude du SIRH - Questionner les pratiques et Identifier les besoins de l’ensemble des utilisateurs - Définir les attendus de l’ensemble des utilisateurs - Donner les éléments indispensables pour rendre des arbitrages - Œuvrer pour la définition de process, améliorer les pratiques à partir de la complétude et de l’utilisation de la donnée - Etablir des règles de normalisation - Reporting et plan de mise en qualité - Définir un plan de fiabilisation, de complétude des données : priorisation, temporalité - Superviser la mise en qualité de la donnée et reporting pour identifier les progrès ou points de blocage - Elaborer des tableaux de suivi d’avancement - Définir et mettre en place des indicateurs quantitatifs et qualitatifs - Préparer, organiser des comités de suivi permettant des relevés de décision et en assurer les comptes-rendus - Former et sensibiliser les différents acteurs du SIRH - Organiser des formations pour sensibiliser les différents acteurs aux enjeux de la qualité des données - Former aux bonnes pratiques - Accompagner les collaborateurs à prendre conscience de l’importance de la qualité des données pour réduire les risques en interne et répondre aux impératifs du contrôle interne - Optimiser la performance sur le long terme en faisant de chaque utilisateur du SIRH des acteurs dans le processus de la mise en qualité de la donnée Qualifications - Connaissance du statut de la fonction publique - Connaissance de l’environnement des ressources humaines notamment sur les règles de gestion administrative - Maîtrise du SIRH - Pilotage de projets - Techniques d’animation d’ateliers Requirements - Etablir des bilans d'actions, des tableaux de bord, des indicateurs de gestion - Rédiger des comptes rendus - Utiliser les outils bureautiques notamment tableur - Animation de réunions et de formations - Etre force de proposition Benefits - Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et méthode - Qualités relationnelles - Sens de l’écoute et du dialogue - Sens de la pédagogie - Capacité d’analyse et d’adaptation - Autonomie - Sens du travail en équipe et transversalité - Capacité à alerter et à rendre compte Niveau d'études minimum requis - Niveau 6 Licence/diplômes équivalents Éléments de candidature Pour postuler à cette offre, l'envoi du CV et d'une lettre de motivation est obligatoire. As the Career Pathways Manager, you’ll oversee the candidate journey, coordinate internal workflows, and partner cross-functionally to enhance the end-to-end placement process. This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting professionals in the veterinary field. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Career Pathways and work closely with Account Managers, hospital partners, enterprise clients, and the cross-functional Full-Time Placement (FTP) squad. Responsibilities - Candidate Coordination & Support - Guide veterinarians and technicians through the full-time placement process, from interest to offer. - Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates to ensure a supportive and personalized experience. - Collect, organize, and share candidate materials (e.g., resumes, references) with hospitals in alignment with Roo standards. - Hospital & Internal Partner Collaboration - Work closely with VetAM, HSP, and Enterprise to ensure hospitals are matched with the right veterinary professionals. - Track hiring needs and placement opportunities to inform pipeline development. - Collaborate with the Senior Manager and cross-functional squad to identify placement opportunities and proactively flag risks. - Process Execution & Improvement - Follow and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) developed by the senior manager and FTP squad. - Identify workflow gaps or bottlenecks and suggest process improvements. - Support testing and rollout of new tools or processes aimed at improving efficiency and experience. - Tracking & Reporting - Keep candidate and placement records up-to-date in HubSpot and other systems. - Assist with data entry and report generation to support internal visibility and forecasting. - Monitor milestones and timelines for placements to ensure timely progress and stakeholder communication. - Billing & Administrative Support - Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate billing for completed placements. - Help resolve billing-related issues by liaising between internal teams and hospital partners.
