• Full ownership of business performance, including: • Revenue growth • Gross margin and contribution margin • Services utilization and profitability • Forecast accuracy and predictability • Build and operate the business using data, metrics, and financial models • Regularly analyze performance drivers and take corrective action based on: • Unit economics • Funnel efficiency • Services attach, margin, and capacity utilization • Identify and execute against the highest-impact financial and operational levers to improve growth and profitability • Own and execute the GTM strategy across direct and partner-assisted sales motions • Lead revenue planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling • Establish strong operating rigor around: • Pipeline coverage, quality, and velocity • Conversion rates and sales productivity • Forecast inspection and variance management • Hire, develop, and hold accountable high-performing sales leaders and frontline managers • Partner with product and marketing to translate market and services signal into: • Roadmap prioritization • Enterprise-ready messaging and packaging • Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers and partners • Act as the primary business advocate within Idera leadership, clearly articulating performance, risks, and opportunities through data.

• Directly manage the product managers assigned to APILayer, Filestack, Froala, and FusionCharts • Develop and maintain a coherent product strategy for each of the four products • Conduct ongoing customer discovery and competitive analysis • Clearly communicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, and progress to senior stakeholders • Work with go-to-market teams on positioning, messaging, and product launch readiness • Partner with engineering leadership on sequencing, capacity, and delivery

• Building high quality and fault tolerant products along with an inclusive team environment • Work on problems with your team, roll up your sleeves, form an opinion and advocate for engineering-specific roadmap items • Able to pitch in at a code level, whether it’s code reviews, executing tickets to keep the team on track, or taking ownership of critical customer data issues • Work with cross-functional partners in product, design, research, business development, operations, and go to market teams to build secure, compliant, and seamless onboarding and lifecycle experiences for companies and workers • Be a technical influencer across the company and empower your team to do their best work • Provide technical direction through technical design reviews, and pair programming • Grow the team both through internal development and helping with external hiring • Advocate for quick iterative development accompanied by experimentation analysis
