This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outreach and enjoys engaging with potential clients. - Prospect Outreach: Utilize email, phone, and social media channels to engage potential customers and build relationships. - Lead Qualification: Research and qualify leads based on defined criteria, ensuring prospects align with our ideal customer profile. - Pipeline Development: Proactively manage a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed activity and meeting goals. - Scheduling Meetings: Book discovery calls and demos with Account Executives, ensuring seamless handoff and alignment. - CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead data in the CRM system. - Market Insights: Stay informed about SaaS industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and tailor messaging. - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. Qualifications - Experience: 2+ years of experience in a business development, sales, or customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly. - Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email automation platforms, etc. - Results-Driven: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as call volume, email outreach, or booked meetings. - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share feedback and contribute to team success. Requirements - Preferred Skills: Familiarity with SaaS/Healthcare and their value proposition to businesses. - Knowledge of lead-generation tools like Apollo.io, Outreach.io, or ZoomInfo. - Experience with objection handling and value-based selling techniques. What you'll do The Enterprise Market Development Representative (Enterprise MDR) will generate new business through outbound calls and targeted emails to potential clients.
