• We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO. • This role plays a critical part in transforming a high-volume inbox and meeting-heavy calendar into a streamlined, priority-driven workflow. • You will own core operational processes, manage communication systems, coordinate recruiting pipelines, and help implement tools and SOPs that reduce cognitive load for the CEO and leadership team. • Daily inbox management: Triage and organize all incoming emails into designated folders each morning • Monitor Google Chat direct messages and project spaces on behalf of Exec • Maintain Exec's calendar, coordinate scheduling, and manage task blocks for important but non-urgent work • Draft follow-up emails and ensure timely outreach after meetings

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives as an EA, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Exceptional email management and prioritization skills
  • Strong systems thinker with experience building organized workflows
  • Proficient in digital tools (Notion strongly preferred)
  • Highly proactive and detail-oriented
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable making judgment calls on prioritization

What you'll do The Enterprise Market Development Representative (Enterprise MDR) will generate new business through outbound calls and targeted emails to potential clients. The Enterprise MDR qualifies prospective customers through targeted questions about their business strategy and then leverages this information to align and sell Docusign's product offerings. This position spends roughly 80% of the time on the phone prospecting new clients.
