• Administer, configure, and maintain the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) within an Azure-hosted and OpenShift containerized environment • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements • Perform data imports, exports, and configure the system • Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues • Document system configurations and changes • Database Administration and Maintenance on Oracle 19c and Postgres SQL databases • Maintain disaster recovery/business continuity plans

• Be a leading member of the Calculations and Special Projects team and have an influence on the success and growth of Mercer. • Responsible for leading special pension administration projects, as well as the completion of pension calculations and the review of plan documents and calculation tools for multiple client teams. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and sense of urgency to ensure client expectations are consistently met. • Serve as a subject matter expert on the clients’ plans and administrative procedures. • Act as Project Manager, lead pension calculation, data, and risk transfer projects and act as point of contact to clients, administration and processing teams. • Manage special project tasks to ensure project tracks to budget and completed per the terms of the client agreement. • Deliver quality service to clients, ensuring accuracy and time standards are consistently met. • Calculate and review qualified and non-qualified benefits, including but not limited to QDROs, 409A, employee contributions, late retirement increases and RMDs.
