Role Description Under the supervision of a Fort Myers-based manager, this role is a combination of administrative support to three senior managers along with process support for several initiatives in the Business & Technology Insights organization. The applicant is expected to be professional, proactive, and must manage sensitive information appropriately. They also must work well with colleagues across multiple regions and time zones. The environment is fast-paced and blends the combination of independent work and collaborative interaction. Administrative Support: - Provide support to the head of a practice who leads a group of 300+ analysts globally, and support two senior managers. - Responsibilities include calendar assistance, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, and arranging travel. - Coordinate logistics and PowerPoint presentations for a variety of meetings. - Maintain calendars and materials for several MS Teams sites. - Occasionally assist other senior leaders with ad hoc initiatives. Process Support: - Much of the process support element of the role will depend on this individual’s skillset and professional development aspirations. - Examples may include but are not limited to: - Coordinating materials for onboarding new hires. - Creation and/or management of operations-focused Power BI reports. - Developing and coordinating maintenance of a practice-wide SharePoint site to house reference materials. - May be asked to mentor peers on various tools or processes. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent. College coursework desired. - 3+ years administrative support experience. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience with database report generation and/or Power BI is desirable but not required. - Familiarity with management of OneDrive files, SharePoint sites, and MS Teams sites is a plus. - Excellent writing skills and an eye for detail. - Must be flexible, cordial, poised, efficient, and work well with a wide variety of personalities. - Although the geographical requirement is to be within 50 miles of the Gartner Irving or Fort Myers office, the position primarily is remote. Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent.
