Design and deliver compelling, use-case-specific demos that showcase the value of Mural's LUMA and Consulting services. • Pipeline Generation and Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate new leads and opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic engagement. Contribute to pipeline growth by actively seeking out and qualifying potential clients. • Drive Pilot Programs and Scoping: Plan and execute successful pilot programs, working closely with clients to demonstrate the impact of our solutions. Lead the scoping process for paid opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders to define project scope, cost, and staffing. • Develop Proposals and Drive Contracting: Craft persuasive proposals and drive the contracting process, including pricing and service descriptions, in partnership with Account Managers, Project Managers, and Professional Services Delivery Consultants. • Act as a Trusted SME and Thought Leader: Serve as a subject matter expert in client conversations, building credibility and fostering deeper relationships. Deliver thought leadership and coaching sessions to expand Mural's reach and influence. • Ensure Seamless Implementation and Identify Expansion Opportunities: Act as the pre-sales point of contact for Professional Services opportunities, ensuring smooth project kickoffs and identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts. Drive the Professional Services agenda in QBRs, account planning, and ESRs.

• Partner with customers to understand their cloud environments and cost-management goals, acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers’ engineering, FinOps, and finance stakeholders • Design and implement scalable cost allocation and tagging strategies across complex environments, including multi-cloud and Kubernetes • Support technical onboarding for complex accounts, partnering closely with Customer Success on advanced use cases • Debug and resolve data ingestion, tagging, and reporting issues in collaboration with Support and Engineering • Build custom solutions, queries, and workflows using Vantage’s APIs, exports, and integrations to unblock customer needs • Surface recurring customer pain points and edge cases to Product and Engineering, contributing to internal tooling, documentation, and repeatable implementation patterns

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored satellite communication solutions. • Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to determine the best solutions for new customers. • Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of Quvia systems on maritime verticals. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and services provided. • Act as a technical advisor to customers, offering guidance on best practices and optimal usage of satellite communication systems. • Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of satellite systems. • Stay updated on the latest advancements in Quvia systems. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and service delivery, to ensure successful project execution.

• Architect, build, and deploy pilots, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions to validate cloud-native innovations across AWS, Azure, and GCP. • Develop automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). • Utilize containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures. • Ensure transparency, traceability, and security compliance, including Authorization To Operate certifications. • Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to translate needs into technical solutions. • Design and implement predictive models, algorithms, and statistical analyses for complex business challenges. • Build scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure for model development, training, and deployment. • Perform exploratory data analysis to derive actionable insights from large, complex datasets. • Develop data management and governance plans. • Create reusable code libraries, SOPs, and best practices for modernization and automation.
