• Design, develop, configure, and deploy custom applications and solutions within the ServiceNow platform. • Create and configure scoped applications, Service Catalog items, Flow Designer workflows, and other platform-based solutions that support client needs. • Support the design and development of locally developed applications (LDAs) using ServiceNow development best practices. • Lead and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, ensuring reliable data exchange and platform functionality. • Support the movement of ServiceNow components, collections, and deployable assets through CI/CD pipelines and across development environments. • Work closely with ServiceNow architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to map business requirements and services to appropriate ServiceNow capabilities. • Participate in code reviews, proofs of concept, technical discussions, and product demonstrations. • Perform troubleshooting, coding, scripting, and ServiceNow configuration activities of moderate to high complexity. • Provide guidance and mentorship to citizen developers and other team members working within the ServiceNow ecosystem. • Support the administration, deployment, and management of USCIS systems and PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS platforms as required using authorized privileged access.

• Plan and conduct design sprints, end-user research, usability testing, and reviews. • Analyze user data to inform design decisions, ensuring that products are both user-friendly and compliant with client objectives. • Provide specialized expertise in the design and layout of graphical user interfaces, focusing on screen layouts and functionality for client-server applications. • Create intuitive, efficient, and accessible designs that enhance user experiences. • Conduct studies, testing, and evaluation of screen prototypes for functionality, ease of use, efficiency, and accuracy. • Iterate designs based on feedback to refine and perfect the user interface. • Design user experiences for new and existing web-based applications from concept to completion. • Develop workflows and experiences that are intuitive, effective, and accessible. • Communicate ideas effectively through low and high-fidelity mockups. • Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to improve the final product. • Develop both short-term and long-term UI/UX visions for products, ensuring consistency and coherence across the user experience. • May mentor and supervise other team members, providing guidance on best practices in UI/UX design and user research.

• Drive quality initiatives throughout the SDLC from requirements through production support. • Design, build, and maintain automated testing solutions that support scalable and repeatable delivery practices. • Validate code quality, integration readiness, and release stability prior to Production deployment. • Support functional, regression, integration, and reliability testing efforts across multiple environments. • Contribute to automated CI/CD testing workflows that reduce manual intervention and improve deployment confidence. • Partner closely with engineering, product, and stakeholder teams to define and uphold quality standards. • Coordinate testing dependencies across teams and support successful release readiness activities. • Translate business and technical requirements into measurable validation strategies. • Participate in agile ceremonies, troubleshooting sessions, and collaborative problem-solving efforts. • Serve as a trusted partner to engineers and product stakeholders by helping identify issues early and supporting scalable solutions. • Support quality improvements for distributed and event-driven systems. • Assist with production support and operational troubleshooting when needed. • Contribute to system reliability initiatives and continuous process improvements. • Help improve internal tooling and automation workflows that increase engineering efficiency and team velocity.

• Develop and maintain secure, scalable applications using Java, Node.js, React, and related technologies. • Assist in the development and automation of CI/CD pipelines, integrating security and compliance checks. • Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform, ensuring applications are optimized for performance and security. • Conduct security assessments and compliance checks to ensure that all solutions meet federal and industry standards. • Actively participate in Agile project teams, contributing to sprints and fostering continuous improvement in development practices. • Manage data integration and flow processes, ensuring data integrity and accurate handling of ETL processes. • Provide operational support, oversee build processes, and ensure smooth production deployment with an emphasis on automation.

• Support internal business operations by coordinating workflows, maintaining documentation and trackers, supporting process improvements, and helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly as the company grows. • Execute and support recruiting and HR operations by coordinating candidates and interviews, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, supporting compliance-related activities, and assisting with HR processes such as documentation, benefits coordination, and policy implementation. • Coordinate internal projects and team initiatives by tracking timelines, action items, and deliverables, supporting meeting preparation and follow-ups, and assisting with internal communications and logistics. • Provide executive, administrative, and personal support by managing calendars, coordinating meetings and logistics, anticipating leadership needs, handling light correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-through in a confidential and professional manner. • Provide research, organization, and documentation support for business opportunities and internal initiatives to help leadership evaluate and execute on growth efforts. • Perform other administrative, operational, and coordination duties as needed to support the evolving priorities of a growing small business.

• Architect, build, and deploy pilots, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions to validate cloud-native innovations across AWS, Azure, and GCP. • Develop automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). • Utilize containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures. • Ensure transparency, traceability, and security compliance, including Authorization To Operate certifications. • Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to translate needs into technical solutions. • Design and implement predictive models, algorithms, and statistical analyses for complex business challenges. • Build scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure for model development, training, and deployment. • Perform exploratory data analysis to derive actionable insights from large, complex datasets. • Develop data management and governance plans. • Create reusable code libraries, SOPs, and best practices for modernization and automation.
