Project Manager – Marketing Agency

• Organize and operationalize the agency's project workflow, ensuring each request is opened, assigned, tracked, and delivered within the defined deadline and scope. • Open and configure projects in Ekyte: create tasks, assign owners, set start and due dates, and organize the workflow. • Keep the scope and project boards in Trello up to date at all times. • Lead the daily agenda alignment with the team, monitoring priorities, statuses, and each team member's capacity. • Fit in and reprioritize urgent or new requests without compromising ongoing deliveries. • Monitor risks, delays, and scope deviations, taking preventive action. • Manage team capacity, identifying availability for new requests. • Ensure clients and the account team are always updated on status, next steps, and upcoming deliveries. • Verify that deliverables are within the agreed scope before being sent. • Map operational bottlenecks and suggest workflow improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management, operations, or account servicing within marketing agency accounts.
  • Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills in a high-demand environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling multiple clients and simultaneous requests.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of the digital marketing production flow: paid media, copywriting, and design.
  • Ability to work 100% remotely with autonomy and discipline.
