Robotics Support Technician
HHS, LLC
• Lead onsite and remote deployment activities for autonomous robotic systems, ensuring successful implementation and customer adoption. • Conduct facility assessments, mapping, route validation, testing, and operational setup to prepare robots for production use. • Train frontline staff, supervisors, and facility leadership on robot operation, daily workflows, basic troubleshooting, and best practices. • Serve as a primary technical resource for customers during deployment and post-implementation support periods. • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and operational issues through both remote and onsite service activities. • Perform routine maintenance, software updates, system health checks, and preventative service to maximize robot uptime and performance. • Monitor deployed robot performance and utilization data to identify opportunities for operational improvements and increased customer value. • Document deployment activities, service actions, customer training completion, and support cases in company systems. • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Service teams to communicate field feedback and support continuous product improvement. • Assist with customer demonstrations, pilot programs, and new deployment initiatives as needed. • Travel to customer locations to support deployments, training, maintenance, and service requirements. • Ensure all robotic systems operate safely and in accordance with customer requirements, company standards, and healthcare regulations. • Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor for successful robotic adoption and long-term utilization.
Job Requirements
- Experience with SLAM, state estimation, path planning, or trajectory optimization
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller-level programming
- Ability to exercise independent judgment on complex system-level problems
- Willingness to travel for deployments and service as needed
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical systems

Role Description CIMT College is looking for someone to teach the PG Business Management program. This program is registered with the Ministry of Colleges and Universities. The successful candidate would be required to follow CIMT College’s policies and procedures. Courseware, resources, evaluations, and daily lesson plans are provided in an Instructor Manual. The Instructor is responsible for following the provided instructor manuals and using the resource materials to train students with the required knowledge and skills to prepare them for employment in the field.
