We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to bridge the gap between our clients and our creative/development teams. You will coordinate the execution of sophisticated 3D visualization and real estate marketing software projects, ensuring every deliverable is OTOBOS (On Time, On Budget, On Style). The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for design and storytelling, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the data structures and 3D pipelines used in modern PropTech. Qualifications - 5+ years of project management experience within a digital production, creative agency, or architecture-adjacent environment (3–5 years minimum). - Proactive, positive, and professional with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to anticipate issues before they escalate. - Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate complex project statuses into clear, actionable updates for all stakeholders. - Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. - Based in Sarasota, FL. Onsite or relocation is preferred; exceptional remote candidates within the U.S. will be considered. - Architecture or Real Estate industry experience is highly preferred. - A genuine interest in 3D visualization, architecture, or PropTech. Requirements - Jira Mastery: Managing boards, epics, stories, and tasks; tracking sprint progress and generating reports. - Agile Frameworks: Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models, including standups and backlog grooming. - Software Stack: Hands-on experience with Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Review Studio, Box, MS Office, and G Suite; familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus. - Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of the 3D creation process, film production, or interactive media.
