• Plan, coordinate, and manage digital marketing projects from initiation through delivery, including campaigns, websites, email, social media, and content production. • Act as the day-to-day client contact, ensuring clear communication, alignment on expectations, and management of feedback and deliverables. • Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, scopes, and resourcing plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. • Work with cross-functional teams (design, content, development, media, strategy) to brief, align, and monitor progress. • Facilitate internal and client meetings (kick-offs, status updates, reviews, post-mortems), ensuring actions are documented and followed up. • Identify risks and bottlenecks early, resolving or escalating issues to keep projects on track. • Track project metrics and KPIs, reporting performance, results, and budget usage to stakeholders and clients. • Manage multiple projects of varying complexity, maintaining consistency in delivery and quality. • Collaborate with account managers to identify growth opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling services. • Ensure all digital deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and technical specifications before launch.

- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including studio/design, production, vendors, and technical support teams.
- Comfortable working within digital systems and technology platforms, including uploading assets and managing product information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues proactively.
- Ability to problem solve and escalate issues appropriately to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Confidence working directly with clients and internal account teams.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to follow through on deliverables with minimal supervision.

Role Description Als Projektmanager:in & PMO (m/w/d) bist du das organisatorische Rückgrat unserer Projektteams und sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alle Fäden, Timelines und Prozesse perfekt zusammenlaufen. Den Großteil deiner Zeit hältst du unseren Projektleitungen in den Beratungsmandaten operativ den Rücken frei und treibst die strukturierte Umsetzung der Projekte voran. Dabei schnupperst du echte Beratungsluft und bist hautnah bei unseren Leuchtturmprojekten dabei.
