• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, retrospectives, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and related Scrum activities. • Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity and delivery timelines. • Build collaborative relationships that promote transparency, accountability, and innovation across cross-functional Agile teams. • Promote Agile best practices and serve as a resource for Agile processes, team coordination, and delivery execution. • Advise government stakeholders on opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement. • Support backlog flow, work prioritization, and visibility into team deliverables and commitments. • Track team progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments while escalating issues as appropriate. • Partner with Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals and delivery expectations. • Facilitate effective communication and coordination across delivery teams, leadership, and partner organizations. • Support documentation efforts, meeting outputs, status tracking, and readiness activities for program reviews and events. • Contribute to various projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile lead supporting technical delivery teams.
- Experience supporting large-scale software development, system integration, or data management projects.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
- Experience leading Agile development teams supporting automated deployments, scaling, and operational management.
- Experience facilitating meetings, briefings, and presentations with technical teams and senior leadership.
- Familiarity with Agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and GitHub.
- Ability to track team metrics, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong technical documentation and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities within cross-functional environments.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to adapt and manage priorities within fast-paced delivery environments.
