Role Description As a Locate Account Manager, you’ll serve as the relationship lead and lead broker for new corporate clients, owning the deal process from onboarding through signed lease. You’ll work directly with the Chief Product Officer and a driven team of brokers, using Locate’s proprietary AI agents and predictive models to help clients make more accurate and efficient real estate decisions. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll help define Locate’s A.I.-driven approach to commercial real estate. - Own the full real estate lifecycle for corporate accounts, from kickoff to lease execution - Serve as the primary point of contact and lead broker for franchisor and enterprise clients - Use Locate's AI agents to build real estate strategies, source sites, evaluate locations, and prepare recommendations - Draft and negotiate LOIs and support lease execution - Bring client and field insights back to the product team to shape how our technology evolves Qualifications - Real estate salesperson’s license strongly preferred; candidates without one should be prepared to obtain licensure after joining. - Strong communication and relationship management skills - Experience with enterprise account management/support - Familiarity with presenting data driven results directly to clients Requirements - AI first. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. - 12+ years of relevant post education experience in electrical engineering and infrastructure design for capital projects in power generation, transmission, and distribution. - Engineer license required (multi-state preferred). - Advanced proficiency with electrical engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, standard of care, and the application to permitting and project work-related issues. - Advanced proficiency with infrastructure design. - Strong working knowledge of relevant engineering and electrical construction laws, codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements. - Advanced proficiency with making technical computations and calculations. - Works independently and provides guidance and leadership to mid-level to senior level team or project members. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills. - Tactical lateral thinking and strong analytical skills. - Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources. - Advanced proficiency with office automation and discipline-specific design software. - Proven track record of upholding workplace safety. - Strong ability to quickly adapt to change. - Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements.
