Role Description As a Locate Account Manager, you’ll serve as the relationship lead and lead broker for new corporate clients, owning the deal process from onboarding through signed lease. You’ll work directly with the Chief Product Officer and a driven team of brokers, using Locate’s proprietary AI agents and predictive models to help clients make more accurate and efficient real estate decisions. About the Role We’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to our EVP, Brokerage. You’ll be the organizational engine behind a high-performing executive, managing deal flow, creating client deliverables, coordinating transactions, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn commercial real estate from the inside out.
