Based remotely with a preference for Utah or New York. Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed for retail meetings, store openings, and pop-up activations. Qualifications - 6–8+ years in retail sales within luxury, premium, or lifestyle consumer brands. - Experience with pop-up activations and owned retail buildouts. - Strong financial acumen: revenue targets, account-level P&Ls, and store economics. - Proven ability to balance brand integrity with commercial performance; prior experience managing and developing a team. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach; comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-growth environment. Benefits - Competitive base salary and annual bonus based on company and individual performance. - 21 days paid vacation + all federal holidays. - Full health benefits (health, dental, vision, mental). - 16 weeks paid birth parent leave; 8 weeks non-birth parent leave. - 55% off Lola Blankets for friends and family. - Opportunities for career growth within Lola Blankets.
