Role Description Seasoned expert in end-to-end responsibility to efficiently manage online data collection projects for multiple accounts and maintaining/growing positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors. A Sago Senior Project Manager is an expert in customer success and a highly productive member of the team, managing high volumes and complex projects, providing support to junior members of the team, and always seeking deeper expertise and areas for improvement. - Execute flawlessly multiple high complexity research projects independently at different phases from sale to delivery - Be the point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors - Review project specs and research design for fielding and data collection - Continuously monitor project elements, anticipate/identify potential problems and manage to resolution - Manage external vendors and partners to meet project timeline and budget qualifications - Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the project cycle to provide project updates, recommendations, and liaise with senior staff on any issues - Work within Sago systems effectively throughout the life cycle of the project - Work collaboratively with clients to provide timely updates on progress of the project - Deploy sample, coordinate with vendors, and monitor throughout the field to ensure field completion of required quotas on schedule, including reports, quota reports, field reports, etc. - Collaboration and supporting internal and external teams in coding, analysis, reporting - Validation and preparing of data deliveries - Meet client’s expectations and highest quality of data deliverables in the most efficient way maintaining margin for projects - Share information amongst the team on tools and approaches that help with efficiencies in daily tasks, help with training and shadowing when required - Anticipate problems and can resolve them independently the majority of the time, otherwise escalate them to your TL/Manager - Strive to continually improve internal processes - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelors’ degree and/or equivalent experience preferred Requirements - Must have 3-5 years of experience working in a Project Manager role or relevant experience - Experience as a Market Research PM or Senior PM is desired - Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi-mode methodology, is a plus - Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus Benefits - Medical - Dental - Vision - 401K

In collaboration with the Program Management team, this individual will be responsible for project definition, planning, timelines, and facilitating execution to timelines across all areas of the company. This individual will work together with the cross-functional project teams to identify project risks, set milestones, and ensure project completion on-time and within budget by maintaining focus on the critical path. They will be responsible for reviewing and reporting the status of the project with the team and to the Program Management team.
