Aircraft Loads Engineer

Role Description The Aircraft Loads Engineer will be responsible for conducting simulations and analyses to determine aircraft design loads for both new development programs and continued airworthiness of in-service aircraft. - Conduct simulations and analyses to determine aircraft design loads. - Develop and maintain both low- and high-fidelity models to support loads analysis. - Contribute to the creation of automated frameworks and tools that enhance efficiency and accuracy in loads analysis. - Build capabilities for store separation loads analysis to support missionized aircraft programs. - Develop nonlinear actuator modeling tools to meet Transport Canada’s certification requirements. - Utilize a wide range of commercial and proprietary tools, including a six-degree-of-freedom aircraft simulator. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace specialization preferred). - Relevant aerospace industry experience, particularly in external loads analysis. - Experience in nonlinear modeling and certification process. - Strong programming skills: C++, Fortran, MATLAB, and Python. - Knowledge in numerical and scientific computing. - Experience with high-performance computing environments. - Experience with software development using version control systems (e.g., Git). - Familiarity with finite elements analysis tools (e.g., Nastran). - Knowledge of time/frequency domain unsteady aerodynamics. - Experience with fly-by-wire systems and control law integration. - Understanding of airworthiness regulations and certification documentation. - Eligibility for Canadian Control Good Clearance. Requirements - Strong understanding of aircraft flight dynamics, aeroelastic phenomena (flutter, LCO), and unsteady aerodynamics.

Role Description The Senior Wireless Engineer is responsible for the design, assessment, optimization, and migration of large-scale enterprise wireless networks, with a specific focus on RF design for complex healthcare environments (e.g., hospitals). This role will lead end-to-end wireless RF design projects, including surveys, modeling, validation, and AP migration activities across multiple locations, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing Wi-Fi coverage that meets clinical and operational requirements. - Review and validate wireless RF design requirements, project scope, and objectives in collaboration with IT&S and other stakeholders. - Identify issues, assumptions, dependencies, and risks related to RF design and deployment. - Confirm and document sites, floors, square footage, and existing AP counts across all locations. - Collect and analyze environmental information about building construction (e.g., wall types, materials, obstructions) and its impact on RF propagation. - Review existing network documentation, topology, and configurations relevant to the wireless infrastructure.
