Senior Project Manager

ClassWallet

Role Description We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to drive complex, tiered initiatives and ensure flawless execution from discovery to launch. Unlike traditional PM roles that operate in a silo, this position works in lockstep with our Client Success team to deliver seamless implementations and ongoing project support. You will independently own and be accountable for project success, but you will do so as a highly collaborative partner, actively looping in Client Success Managers (CSMs) to help them establish strong footing as the primary relationship managers who drive long-term ROI for ClassWallet. Responsibilities - End-to-End Project Ownership: Independently assess complex client needs, architect comprehensive project plans, and maintain ultimate accountability for successful project delivery. - Client Success Partnership: Work in tandem with the Client Success team, intentionally engaging CSMs regularly and including them on recurring client calls to position them as the primary relationship managers. - Value & ROI Alignment: Collaborate with CSMs to ensure project delivery seamlessly transitions into long-term value creation and expected ROI for ClassWallet clients. - Tiered Project Management: Successfully manage "projects within projects," balancing interconnected workstreams and navigating multi-layered dependencies. - Stakeholder & Vendor Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple third-party vendors and foster collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization. - Detail-Oriented Tracking: Maintain rigorous oversight of project timelines, resources, and deliverables using tools like Asana and MS Project to ensure execution without being "on an island." Qualifications - Certification: Active, current Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent). - Cross-Functional Collaboration: A highly collaborative, adaptable, and approachable interpersonal style with a proven track record of partnering closely with client-facing or account management teams. - Communication: Sharp, articulate verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels. - Technical & Operational Rigor: Exceptional attention to detail with hands-on proficiency in project management software (Excel, MS Project, Asana, or similar). Preferred - Public Sector Experience: Prior experience successfully managing or navigating government projects. - Scale & Scope: Experience operating at a Program Manager level, overseeing portfolios of interconnected projects. - Tooling: Strong hands-on experience specifically within Asana. Benefits - Excellent salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
