Customer Success Associate
Hostaway
• Handle and process the main incoming requests via the ticketing system with a strong focus on retention and churn prevention. • Support SMB customers across key markets in English, French, and Spanish, ensuring clear, professional, and customer-focused communication. • Improve usage and adoption through proactive, content-driven communications and scheduled optimization calls. • Diagnose potential barriers to renewal and partner with customers to overcome them. • Demonstrate commitment to our customer base through the highest level of responsiveness. • Identify opportunities to consistently delight customers and advocate for their needs internally.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals in a SaaS environment.
- Experience managing a high volume of customer interactions in a structured, fast-moving environment.
- Confidence handling tickets, customer requests, billing or cancellation-related conversations, and retention-focused discussions.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple accounts and requests.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to simplify complex issues for customers.
- Professional fluency in English, French, and Spanish.
- Comfort working in a remote, international team environment.
- Experience in the STR industry is a strong plus.
