DCX Event Manager

Delegate CX

• Leads end-to-end planning and execution of the DCX Year-End Party, including strategic planning, F&B and AV production oversight, registration management, on-site troubleshooting, and post-event reporting. • Partners with external agencies and vendors to drive a 70% RSVP conversion rate and achieve a 4.5 or higher employee satisfaction score. • Manages a detailed event budget under the guidance of the E&H Director. • Attends and actively participates in all site inspections and cross-functional alignment meetings. • Orchestrates employee talent engagement throughout the event lifecycle. • Performs analogous tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of proven work experience as an Employee Engagement Manager, Event Planner, Production Assistant or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Hands-on experience with Asana, Canva, Adobe Suite, and Workday.
  • Comfortable using digital survey tools for post-event feedback and reporting.
  • Highly experienced in the BPO industry.
  • Must demonstrate ability in event planning & logistics, vendor coordination, and employee engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, solutions-focused, client-facing, and comfortable integrating into existing client systems and workflows quickly.
