• Lead technical security conversations with customer-side security teams, including security officers, CISOs, and IT stakeholders, to address concerns and validate Wrike’s security capabilities • Support Sales teams by proactively identifying and resolving security-related objections that may impact deal progression • Help drive business growth by promoting Wrike’s premium security features, such as Wrike Lock and data residency offerings, and demonstrating how they align with customer needs • Contribute to larger deal sizes by positioning security as a strategic part of the customer’s buying decision • Complete security questionnaires, RFPs, and customer security portal assessments with speed and accuracy • Use internal AI tools and knowledge bases to deliver high-quality, consistent responses to technical security inquiries • Quickly learn and follow internal security workflows and processes to ensure a smooth experience for internal stakeholders and customers • Partner closely with the core Security team to stay aligned on product updates, vulnerabilities, and roadmap developments • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams through regular follow-ups and ongoing support before and after the sale • Share customer feedback and recurring security needs with Product and Security teams to help shape future security improvements • Contribute to process improvements that enhance how Wrike manages security inquiries and customer interactions

Role Description The engineer will function as operations & engineering resources within the Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) team, supporting the implementation and day-to-day management of data security controls across the enterprise. Their primary responsibilities will include: - Working with IGDC/1touch for on-premises environments and Cortex for cloud platforms to onboard data sources, maintain integrations, & ensure effective data discovery, classification, and policy enforcement. - Collaborating closely with internal team members, infrastructure teams, & vendor partners to troubleshoot issues, optimize configurations, and ensure stable and secure operations aligned with enterprise standards. - Supporting ongoing DSPM operations by monitoring system health, resolving incidents, and driving continuous improvements in tool performance and coverage. - Assisting in coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, manage updates, and address data security risks identified through DSPM tooling. - Contributing to operational documentation, reporting, and metrics. - Providing engineering support for scaling DSPM capabilities across both on-premises and cloud environments while ensuring alignment with organizational security and compliance objectives. • The Safety and Security Officer reports directly to the Supervisor of Safety and Security. • This position is responsible for customer service, service recovery, security screening, weapon detection, and video surveillance systems monitoring. • This position is also responsible for maintaining standards in accordance with all regulatory agencies. • The Safety Security Officer will monitor for any safety issues while on foot patrol, responding to alarms, and assisting visitors and patients with guidance and requests. • This position may assist Safety and Security Ambassadors' assignments as needed or assigned. • Assignments may vary with increased security concerns within the UAMS system.
