Role Description The SAP Fiori Specialist supports enterprise SAP user experience (UX) and front-end application development by designing, developing, and implementing SAP Fiori and UI5 solutions. This role collaborates closely with SAP Functional Consultants, ABAP Developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, responsive applications within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Perform business and system analysis to support SAP Fiori and UX application development initiatives - Translate business requirements and customer needs into functional and technical Fiori/UI5 designs - Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants, ABAP Developers, and client stakeholders to evaluate UX solutions and recommend optimal approaches - Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5, OData services, and Fiori Launchpad configurations - Extend and customize standard SAP Fiori apps based on business requirements - Develop and integrate OData services in collaboration with backend ABAP teams - Configure and maintain SAP Fiori Launchpad, catalogs, groups, and roles - Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and UI/UX guidelines - Support enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations of SAP Fiori applications - Identify performance optimization opportunities and ensure responsive design across devices - Follow established development standards, UX best practices, and quality assurance processes Qualifications - Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 development - Bachelor’s degree or certificate in MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or other technical field preferred - Strong experience with SAP UI5, SAP Fiori architecture, and SAP Gateway/OData services - Experience working in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles - Experience with Fiori Launchpad configuration and role-based access - Familiarity with ABAP and backend integrations is highly preferred - Experience working with a federal agency is a plus - U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain government clearance - Experience with enterprise application development, including design, development, and testing of scalable user interfaces Compensation In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $110,000 – $150,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. • Develop and maintain SAP ABAP solutions integrated with the EHS module • Perform technical analysis and develop programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements and forms • Handle incident resolution and system improvements • Work closely with functional consultants and business areas to understand requirements • Execute unit tests and support integrated testing • Ensure SAP development best practices • Produce technical documentation for implemented solutions

• Manage SAP HANA environments ensuring high availability, performance, and security; • Perform replication activities and monitor database and host performance; • Execute backup and restore processes; • Work with SAP teams to gather requirements and implement database-related initiatives; • Automate provisioning and configuration of cloud infrastructure to ensure efficient and reliable deployments; • Implement planned changes, patches, and upgrades; • Monitor environments and take proactive action on incidents and performance degradations; • Serve as the focal point for resolving technical issues escalated to the Engineering team; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement and automation projects.

• Perform processes for handling and managing user identities in corporate environments • Manage and grant authorizations according to information classification • Create users and provision logical access on the SAP platform • Maintain and audit access and security
