Role Description We are currently looking for a SailPoint IIQ Solution Architect to join KeyData’s Delivery team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers define scalable Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) strategies while leading complex IAM transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to architect secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions across enterprise environments. Location: India Employment Type: Full-time, Remote Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET (1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST) What You’ll Do - Lead architecture, design, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions - Define end-to-end IAM and IGA solution architecture aligned with customer business and security requirements - Design and implement identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, certifications, RBAC, and governance workflows - Lead application onboarding initiatives across enterprise, cloud, and custom applications - Architect integrations with systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, LDAP, and HR systems - Design scalable connector strategies using OOTB, custom, API-based, and disconnected integrations - Provide technical leadership for custom development including workflows, rules, and Java-based customizations - Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and technical walkthroughs with clients and stakeholders - Lead technical troubleshooting and performance optimization activities - Establish IAM best practices, governance standards, and reusable implementation frameworks - Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and support teams to ensure successful project execution - Prepare architecture documents, solution designs, deployment strategies, and technical documentation - Mentor engineers and implementation teams on SailPoint best practices and architecture standards Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in IAM, Identity Governance, or enterprise security architecture - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) - Strong expertise in IAM architecture, identity lifecycle management, provisioning, certifications, and RBAC - Extensive experience with enterprise application onboarding and integrations - Strong development background with Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and SCIM - Experience designing and implementing integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and enterprise applications - Strong understanding of IAM governance, compliance, audit, and security best practices - Experience architecting scalable IAM solutions across cloud and hybrid environments - Familiarity with web/application servers, databases, and Unix/Linux environments - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills - Experience leading technical teams and customer-facing IAM projects - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, IT, or related field preferred - English language proficiency required Nice-to-Have Skills - SailPoint IIQ certifications - Experience with SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow - Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and identity security frameworks - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and automation frameworks - CISSP, TOGAF, or other security/architecture certifications - Experience leading IAM transformation and migration projects Benefits - Valuing learning, growth, and work-life balance - Extensive opportunities to advance your career through leading digital identity projects across North America - A culture built on respect, inclusion, and equal opportunity for everyone Accessibility & Accommodations If you require accommodation due to a disability at any time during the recruitment and/or assessment process, please contact Talent Acquisition, and we will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
