• Attend court, sign pleadings, settle cases, and perform various attorney tasks. • Handle all aspects of litigation and engage in risk analysis. • Prepare for and conduct trials, providing analysis on legal and regulatory risks. • Review correspondence, and files to ensure appropriateness. • Manage own caseload effectively. • Familiarity with state and federal consumer laws and any changes in regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
  • Background in civil litigation and experience attending court proceedings.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.
  • Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations.
  • Ability to draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations, etc.
  • Knowledge in Bankruptcy Law, Foreclosure Law or the FDCPA/FCRA/TCPA is a plus.
  • Experience in collection law and/or significant courtroom experience is a plus.
