Lead, Material Master – Procurement, Manufacturing Data Management

• Manage and maintain high-quality master and transactional data across ERP systems • Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, planning, finance, and operations teams • Support data governance, validation, and process standardization initiatives • Analyze and resolve data/process inconsistencies and operational issues • Participate in system implementation, migration, enhancement, and support activities • Work closely with business stakeholders to improve process efficiency and data accuracy • Drive documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives • Support testing, training, and deployment activities where required
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with strong functional expertise in procurement, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
- Hands-on experience with Material Master, BOM, Routing, PO, Contracts, and related business processes
- Experience working in ERP environments such as SAP/S4HANA preferred
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong client-facing and coordination skills
- Ability to mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence.

• Own and drive category strategy, spend, and sourcing outcomes • Deliver best total cost while ensuring quality and service • Lead tenders, negotiations, and contracts with global suppliers • Develop and execute category strategies with focus to deliver lowest total cost for the required quality and service levels • Build and develop a competitive, sustainable supplier base • Mitigate risk and ensure continuity of supply • Leverage supplier innovation to support business growth • Use advanced tools (e-sourcing, analytics, AI) to improve efficiency and transparency • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across business units
