Job Requirements
- You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
- You are willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.

Role Description We are looking for an experienced and communicative Engineering Manager (Data & Analytics) to join our Engineering team and help us drive high performance, alignment, and a culture of continuous improvement across teams. The remit and focus of the role is to lead 2 teams of engineers who are operating AI/agentic first to deliver value for a core product domain. This includes ownership of delivery outcomes, people development, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
