• Own the full lifecycle of our Azure production environment and provide expert support to our development teams. • Design, build, and operate a secure, scalable infrastructure using Bicep for IaC. • Manage complex services like AKS, APIM, and Event Hubs. • Ensure operational excellence, high availability, and seamless CI/CD integration for fast and safe application delivery. • Implement and manage Azure API Management (APIM), Azure App Gateway, and Azure Front Door. • Deploy and operate containerized workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). • Support and manage Azure Event Hubs for real-time data streaming. • Own the reliability of the Azure environment by monitoring health via Azure Monitor and Application Insights. • Enforce Azure Security services, including Entra ID RBAC, Managed Identities, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Policy.

• Work collaboratively with software engineering, QA, solutions delivery, engineering, sales, and product management to coordinate, automate, and govern the end-to-end release lifecycle. • Plan release cadences, managing branching and merge strategies, orchestrating deployments across environments, and ensuring quality gates are met before code reaches production. • Assist with design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of proprietary build, packaging, and deployment automation used to improve software delivery operations. • Own and drive execution of the IntelliVIEW software release checklist end-to-end, holding accountable parties on schedule across pre-code-cutoff, beta, code-freeze, pre-release, release, and post-release phases for each major version. • Drive release planning by finalizing scope with the Portfolio Manager and development managers, maintaining fix versions in JIRA, setting and communicating realistic target release dates, and coordinating code cutoff and the creation of the release branch. • Own source control branching, merging, tagging, and versioning strategies; develop, test, and debug code and scripts used to build, package, and deploy both Desktop and Server-based applications, and post install files to ShareFile for distribution. • Drive quality gates to closure, working with the QA Manager to confirm Zephyr Scale test plan execution before code freeze and release, enforcing JIRA hygiene so all version issues are resolved or rescheduled, and chairing the formal go/no-go meeting with sign-off from Management, Engineering, and Product. • Own release communication across Software Development, Solutions Delivery, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Engineering, issuing code cutoff notifications, beta availability announcements, stakeholder release updates, and scheduling release review meetings. • Design, implement, and monitor build, deployment, and configuration pipelines and standards; maintain release documentation, runbooks, and audit-ready records of all production changes; track post-release KPIs (adoption rate, customer-reported bugs, reported vs. resolved) with QA; and chair the lessons-learned retrospective with Sales, Support, Development, and Engineering.

• Designs, develops, tests and implements infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines and IaC. • Manages source code, configuration management, release management, build and deployment activities. • Setups and manages integration with partner applications. • Conducts of performance analyses and tunings as well as error analyses and troubleshooting. • Consults and implements new innovative technologies to satisfy innovation strategy. • Creates concepts for further automation of services, processes and/or operating models. • Directly support the project teams in the development, quality assurance accompanying development as well as planning and implementation of product releases. • Continuously optimizes the development and system infrastructure. • Provides consulting to project teams on areas of expertise also Prototypes/Proof of Concept solutions. • Researches and develops in assigned technology, determines business requirements, proposes changes and prepares implementation plans.

• Lead and support Endevor (and other SCMs) DBB/GIT/IDD migration projects. • Perform installation, configuration, and problem determination for DBB/GIT/IDD on customer systems. • Analyze, convert, and validate Endevor applications. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting DBB/GIT/IDD related issues. • Conduct customer training sessions and develop presentation materials for DBB/Git/IDD and migration processes. • Collaborate with client teams and its stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. • Document migration processes, best practices, and technical resolutions.
