Role Description We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist with a strong AI-first mindset. This role is about doing classic lifecycle marketing (activation, conversion, retention, monetization) - but executing it faster and smarter using AI tooling. - Own and execute conversion and retention campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels - Write high-quality copy adapted to different lifecycle stages and user segments - Build and maintain automated customer journeys and behavioral triggers (activation, engagement, reactivation, promo flows) - Run continuous A/B tests (messages, formats, mechanics, timing) - Analyze campaign and funnel performance using product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) - Build small services, scripts, or automations (e.g. alerts, data processing, campaign triggers) - Connect external data sources and services via APIs - Integrate outputs into CRM/CDP Qualifications - 2+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation or Lifecycle Marketing - Experience working with: Claude Code / Cursor / n8n / Make / Lovable / MCP - Strong understanding of customer journey and lifecycle marketing - Excellent copywriting skills - Solid experience with A/B testing - Hands-on experience with automation / CRM platforms (Blueshift, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or similar) - Experience working with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.) - Experience with in-app communication: push notifications, in-app messages, inboxes, modals - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge - Fluent English (written and spoken) - Experience with dynamic content and personalization at scale Requirements - Fluency in English (written and spoken). Role Description This role is part of LinkedIn’s broader effort to build and scale an in-house owned media agency, including the creation of tools that will significantly increase production speed and operational efficiency. As such, the position is structured as a 12-month contractor role. This role will be based in Mexico.
