Role Description Como Solution Architect – Cross Platform Analytics , serás el pilar técnico para transformar requerimientos en soluciones globales, escalables y reutilizables: - Liderar y diseñar arquitecturas escalables para plataformas de servicios omnicanal, gestión de interacciones con clientes, ecosistemas de datos y analítica en tiempo real e histórica. - Definir e implementar los requisitos técnicos de Reporting (histórico y en tiempo real) para canales asistidos (Contact Center y sucursales/Branches), colaborando codo con codo con el Functional Product Owner. - Garantizar la consistencia, seguridad, resiliencia y gobernanza técnica a través de las diferentes soluciones e implementaciones nacionales en entornos multi-inquilino (SaaS multi-tenant). - Supervisar y dar soporte a integraciones complejas entre Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, plataformas de datos/seguridad y aplicaciones empresariales internas o externas. - Guiar a los equipos de ingeniería en la toma de decisiones técnicas y mantener la documentación de arquitectura impecable y actualizada en Confluence. Qualifications - Al menos 4 años de experiencia probada en Arquitectura de Soluciones, Arquitectura Empresarial o roles de liderazgo técnico vinculados a la gestión de datos y Reporting. - Fuerte experiencia en arquitecturas nativas de la nube (AWS / Azure), entornos SaaS multi-tenant y patrones de integración basados en APIs (REST) y arquitecturas dirigidas por eventos (Kafka, Event Bus). - Sólidos conocimientos en plataformas de datos (Data Lake), procesamiento en tiempo real y analítica histórica. - Gestión y documentación fluida bajo entornos Agile (Scrum, Kanban) utilizando Jira y Confluence. - Comprensión profunda de modelos de autenticación (OAuth2, RBAC) e Identity & Access Management (IAM). - Nivel de Inglés Avanzado (C1) demostrable, con capacidad para coordinar y alinear múltiples equipos y stakeholders globales. Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale Java backend services that power our global payments infrastructure. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery, contribute to technical strategy, and help raise the engineering bar across the organisation. - Lead the design and development of backend services, distributed systems, and APIs. - Own features end-to-end (architecture, coding, testing, observability, and deployment). - Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code, following engineering best practices and test-driven development. - Break down complex technical work into manageable chunks. - Work in a collaborative, cross functional, agile team environment. - Mentor associate and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. - Identify, document, and deliver technical improvements (performance, reliability, scalability). - Participate in incident response and support rotations. This role includes participation in an on-call rotation, with on-call duties scheduled for one week out of every five weeks. Qualifications - Significant commercial experience with modern Java 15 (We’re currently moving to 21. As a guide, multiple projects with 5+ years of experience). - Proven experience designing, building and maintaining distributed systems and microservices. - Deep understanding of Object-Oriented programming. - Familiarity with event-driven architectures or Domain Driven Design. - Love to work using TDD. - Strong grasp of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modeling. - Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), containerisation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code. - Nice to have, but not critical, experience in fintech, payments, or other high-throughput/regulated domains. - Most importantly, a desire to learn, grow and collaborate with an amazing team.
