Regional Director – Merch Execution

The Home Depot

• Responsible for leading the field execution of Merchandising Services for a region of retail stores across 10+ districts • Provides leadership of large merchandising execution programs and initiatives impacting general bay service, projects, and resets • Drives execution of tactical plans for the Merchandising Execution organization and translates merchandising services strategy into specific goals and objectives and communicates the vision to the team • Manages and measures work, process and metric including safety, quality, and productivity through reporting, field visits and customer feedback • Partners directly with leaders to provide communication and develop solutions for business performance • Sets priorities and develops specific actions and accountabilities for all projects within the region to drive service and business objectives • Works collaboratively with peers and other leaders across functional boundaries to execute plans and drive results for the region

Job Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Experience working in retail merchandising services industry or working directly for large scale retailer with multi-location responsibility
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
