Job Requirements
- Fluent in German with strong English proficiency
- 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally within B2B, SaaS or tech environments
- Highly results-oriented and motivated to exceed targets
- Strong at leading conversations, building relationships and closing deals
- Proactive, resilient and structured in your approach to work
- Comfortable working in fast-paced scale-up environments with ambitious goals
- Experience in SaaS, technology or public-sector related industries is a plus
- Additional European or Nordic language skills are an advantage
