Job Description
HVAC Account Manager
Bosch
• Represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel • Promote the Bosch portfolio in the assigned market • Sell Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to HVAC contractors • Develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet • Recruit new customers into the York family to increase market share • Support internal and external customers with technical commercial issues • Drive sales and increase margins through proactive calls to customer base • Order entry and shipment tracking as necessary • Post-sale support as required • Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC technical knowledge
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Experience supporting the sales team
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills.
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation.
