Sales Representative
Sleeman Breweries Ltd.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve volume and gross margin targets • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and execute account plans • Build strong relationships with retail and on ‑ premise customers, providing product, promotion, and sales recommendations • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and adjust programs or targets • Coordinate and execute key account and marketing programs, providing feedback on effectiveness • Maintain merchandising standards and influence space allocation and product visibility • Manage expenses within budget and implement continuous improvement (MUDA reduction) • Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems and collaborate with internal partners • Participate in industry events and stay current on competitor activity and consumer trends
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a consumer ‑ packaged goods environment
- Post ‑ secondary education in a related field
- Proven ability to execute sales plans, achieve targets, and drive revenue growth
- Strong relationship ‑ building skills with internal and external partners
- Effective written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including CRM 365, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Beverage alcohol industry experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to demonstrate behaviours aligned with organisational values
- Responsible beverage service certification (as required by province)
