• Sales development and territory management • Meet sales, revenue and territory growth targets. • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers. • Advise customers on Sleeman products, promotions and sales opportunities. • Collaborate with customers to develop their business plans and set priorities. • Commercial planning and budget management • Work with Sales Management and customers to establish spending budgets and set objectives. • Conduct regular business reviews to analyze performance and adjust programs as needed. • Manage expenses within established budgets and implement loss-reduction practices. • Sales analysis and go-to-market execution • Analyze sales data and leverage territory knowledge to identify opportunities and execute sales plans. • Coordinate and implement key account programs and marketing initiatives. • Provide feedback on program design, execution and effectiveness. • Merchandising and product visibility • Ensure compliance with merchandising standards. • Work to secure additional display space and improve product visibility and accessibility. • Keep customer information and sales data up to date in the CRM. • Internal collaboration and cross-functional contributions • Participate in team meetings and provide relevant local insights to Sales Management. • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the competitive market. • Adhere to food safety standards and report any non‑compliance. • Perform other related duties as required.

• Reporting to the Provincial Sales Director, the Sales Director represents the company within their territory, grows Sleeman Breweries’ presence with customers, and oversees the execution of commercial activities to achieve sales objectives. • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet the district’s volume and gross margin targets. • Provide direction and leadership to the district field sales team and manage performance (coaching, succession planning, development) for approximately 7 to 10 team members. • Contribute to the development and execution of district strategic plans; recommend adjustments to ensure the region stays on track to meet its goals. • Build strong relationships with customers across the territory to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction; may be involved in key account management depending on the region. • Manage district sales expenses within the established budget and implement MUDA reductions. • Collaborate with regional Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and HR teams to ensure the district meets execution targets. • Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies and tactics. • Report on district performance results and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Ensure that all work carried out by the team complies with applicable legislation. • Perform any other related duties as required.
