• Plan, manage, and monitor project execution, ensuring on-time delivery within budget • Act as the customer’s trusted partner, developing relationships and identifying additional service opportunities and business insights • Tailor project delivery models to match customer needs and apply best project management practices • Conduct portfolio risk analysis, proactively manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders • Be a people manager, execute the company's people management practices, including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention strategies • Implement best practices and tools for project execution and management • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and project achievements

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers • Ensure service excellence in service delivery • Grow and develop exceptional people, promoting a culture of learning, respect and inclusivity • Produce thought leadership reports providing valuable insights to the construction market • Set a clear strategy and ambition with the team in line with our Business Plan • Ensure compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits • Develop a detailed understanding of the market and act as a brand ambassador • Participate in meetings with Senior leadership and prepare presentations

• Lead end-to-end execution of major capital projects (typically USD $2–20M) from concept through commissioning and handover. • Develop and manage project charters, business cases, scope, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans. • Partner with operations, R&D, supply chain, and finance to prioritize and plan annual capital budgets. • Supervise and mentor direct reports, fostering skill development and accountability. • Ensure all capital projects comply with regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, environmental, and local authorities). • Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve capital project methodologies.

• Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation • Project Manage multiple Coordination of Benefits (COB) projects, driving accelerated implementation growth • Lead one or more large project management teams • Spearhead project planning, tracking and oversight of projects • Communicate with the client, company and project team leadership, measuring and sharing project metrics/status • Create project schedules, program definitions, budgets and objectives
