• Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation • Project Manage multiple Coordination of Benefits (COB) projects, driving accelerated implementation growth • Lead one or more large project management teams • Spearhead project planning, tracking and oversight of projects • Communicate with the client, company and project team leadership, measuring and sharing project metrics/status • Create project schedules, program definitions, budgets and objectives
Job Requirements
- 9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through full project management life cycle
- 3 or more years of Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Payment Integrity COB Audit and Recovery, highly preferred
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a claim payment or audit recovery environment
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) required
- Experience with integrated eligibility systems, MMIS, or Human Services platforms preferred
