• Provides information and referral services and crisis intervention services by phone and electronically to the public and community professionals 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. • Interviews clients and conducts a thorough assessment of their needs. • Identifies appropriate resources. • Supports the client in implementing the referral, and when appropriate, makes the linkage with other agencies for the client. • Advocates for the inquirer, when necessary, to assist in contacting and utilizing resources. • Conducts follow-up to ensure that the inquirer’s needs have been met. • Uses crisis management techniques in accordance with agency procedures. • Maintains complete and accurate documentation. • Responsible for staying current with all ongoing training requirements for both services. • Assists with community outreach activities as assigned by the management team. • Actively involved with agency programs and events. • Supports operations during times of disaster as defined by agency policy. • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of agency processes and policies & procedures. • Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Design and facilitate six live online workshops for students preparing for TEAS and/or HESI exams. • Deliver engaging instruction covering key exam subjects, including: Reading comprehension, Mathematics, Science (biology, anatomy & physiology, chemistry), Grammar and language usage, Test-taking strategies. • Create an interactive virtual learning experience using polls, multiple choice questions, chat, breakout activities, and guided practice. • Adapt instruction to meet varying student skill levels. • Provide students with actionable study strategies and exam preparation techniques. • Share supplemental practice resources or study recommendations as appropriate. • Collaborate with program staff on workshop scheduling, curriculum alignment, and student engagement goals. • Track attendance and provide brief post-session summaries when requested.

• Provides maximum administrative support to assigned BLSs to enable them to source more opportunities • Develops and implements effective and efficient processes with each assigned BLS to facilitate pipeline management, application submissions, closings • Develops full understanding of Spark and other internal systems • Performs all data entry functions for loan opportunities in all systems • Works with BLSs, Credit Underwriters and Loan Closers to collect all needed documents and information throughout the loan process • Maintains effective communication with all internal partners, borrowers, referral sources • Reads and understands the SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) • Develops full understanding of Dogwood SBL internal processes and procedures • Develops a full understanding of Dogwood SBL Credit Guidelines • Develops and nurtures effective working relationships with all internal partners • Implements effective time management • Has responsibility for following regulatory requirements including those pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and OFAC to assist in the identification, detection and detriment of money laundering or other unlawful activities • Submits required reports in a timely manner • Performs other duties as assigned

• Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns into a healthy relationship with food through ongoing support. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based upon unique patient needs. • Guide process of exposure to fear/challenge foods. • Communicate meal plans and any nutrition related concerns clearly to all team members. • Echo treatment team’s directives with families. • Assist with discharge planning and update treatment plans weekly. • Deliver evidence-based nutrition education. • Establish a therapeutic relationship with families, including rapport building and boundary setting. • Maintain thorough documentation within Equip’s electronic medical record.
