Role Description As a Digital Payments Service Advisor, you will support merchants and business clients using innovative mobile payment solutions. You will assist customers through phone, email, live chat, and social media while helping resolve inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and improving the overall customer experience. Main Responsibilities: - Support German-speaking merchants and customers - Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media - Assist with account setup and troubleshooting - Support customers with payment-related solutions - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams - Contribute to customer satisfaction and service improvements Qualifications - Previous customer support or contact center experience is a strong plus - Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented mindset - Ability to stay organized in fast-paced environments - Positive and proactive attitude Requirements - Languages Required: - German: C2 level - English: B2 level - Schedule: Monday to Sunday – rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00 (possibility of extension until 21:00 depending on business needs) - Days Off: 2 rotational days off Benefits - €1,100 gross/month (14 salaries) - Performance Bonus: up to €50/month - Meal Allowance: €7.63 net/day - Career growth opportunities within an international tech company - Relocation support with onboarding/documentation assistance How to Apply If this opportunity fits your profile, apply here or send your CV to simen.karasar@cbtalents.org
