• Maintain simulator models, including modifying the Safety Analysis TRACG basedeck • Perform standalone TRACG analysis and custom methods testing for lean design work • Conduct sensitivity studies with TRACG in the SAE Integrated Plant Design Environment • Simplify and optimize models for Full Scope Simulator training • Ownership, development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of basedeck and Graphical Engineering Station (GES) model interfaces • Assist in maintaining a singular master plant simulation model • Develop and run scenarios for single systems and entire power plants

• Maintain simulator models, which includes: Modifying the Safety Analysis TRACG basedeck (and related files) to connect with the SAE Integrated Plant Design Environment (IPDE) • Performing standalone TRACG analysis and custom methods testing for lean design work. • Performing sensitivity studies with TRACG in the SAE Integrated Plant Design Environment. • Simplifying and optimizing models for use in Full Scope Simulator training, which requires a focus on real-time execution, repeatability, and accuracy. • Ownership, development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of basedeck and Graphical Engineering Station (GES) model interfaces (including models and methods code base) between TRACG and all other executable code under the main IPDE executive • Assist in maintaining a singular master plant simulation model in SAE environment while ensuring requirements and configuration management are updated and baselined as necessary. • Develop and edit system models in an integrated simulation environment. • Develop and run scenarios for single systems, collections of interrelated systems, or entire power plant for: startup, shutdown, and maneuvering throughout all modes of plant operations.

• Serve as the subject matter expert in front end technologies including React and NextJs. • Mentor and educate developers on clean code methodologies through knowledge sharing and PR reviews • Work cross-functionally (Product and Design) to develop and deploy applications and features on time with high quality. • Implement best practices to enable the team to ship quality code faster.

Develop dynamic UI screens using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, Bootstrap, NodeJS, ExpressJS, Dojo, Rappid, JointJS and jQuery. Use AngularJS components like directives, factories and service resources, routing, dependency injection, 2-way data binding, filters and events. Work on Rappid and JointJS framework to create an interactive flowchart, diagrams for programs and enable users to manipulate the data. Develop custom AngularJS directives to build custom reusable components to use across the application pages. Implement ReactJS custom common components to reuse code. Maintain unit testing coverage using Jest framework. Use SASS (Syntactically awesome style sheets) while styling with CSS3. Develop workflow using task runner Grunt, package management tools BOWER, NodeJS for the server-side run-time environment. Work with Responsive Web Design templates to meet cutting-edge technology requirements. Use bootstrap library to build UI project quickly and efficiently. Use JSON for storing and exchanging information between browsers and servers. Design and develop application using Agile methodology. Use Jenkins for building, deploying, and creating change controls for deploying code into environments. Use GIT (source code management) for version control. Fully remote telecommuting position.
