• Prepare HVAC mechanical designs and system layouts for heating, cooling, and ventilation systems • Develop detailed duct layouts, duct plans, and coordinated shop drawings for construction • Produce and review mechanical construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements • Perform HVAC load calculations and support system sizing and design validation • Assist in project coordination with internal teams, consultants, and site personnel • Support estimating activities and prepare technical documentation for project delivery • Ensure all mechanical designs align with construction feasibility and project timelines

• Lead commissioning activities for BMS, EPMS, PLC, and SCADA systems across mission-critical/data centre projects • Perform advanced system validation including point-to-point checks, functional testing, and integrated systems testing (IST) • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues across controls, networking, and field devices • Modify, develop, and optimise PLC logic and SCADA/BMS software during commissioning phases • Support system integration between mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure cohesive operation • Validate control sequences under normal, failure, and redundancy scenarios (including failover testing) • Support and lead Level 35 commissioning activities, including client witnessing and sign-off • Review design documentation, control narratives, and software to ensure alignment with field implementation • Produce and maintain detailed commissioning reports, test scripts, and issue logs • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align scope, schedule, and deliverables • Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams, customers, and partners • Identify and escalate risks, constraints, or scope changes early • Adhere to company policies, QMS requirements, and established safety standards • Deliver accurate, high-quality results with strong attention to detail

Role Description The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and experience in various aspects of vulnerability management and cloud security. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - Strong Python scripting experience. - Experience with REST APIs, JSON, CSV, authentication tokens, pagination, error handling, and scheduled jobs. - Experience with Qualys API or comparable vulnerability management APIs. - Working knowledge of vulnerability management metrics, CVSS, asset inventory, and remediation workflows. - Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Grafana, Looker Studio, Excel/Power Query, or similar tools. - Familiarity with Wiz, cloud security posture management, exposure management, or vulnerability correlation is highly preferred. - Knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, TLS, DNS, HTTP headers, and endpoint security controls. - Familiarity with secure coding, secrets handling, Git, and documentation. • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for site access and building access for ongoing construction services. • Work with site Project Manager on ongoing contact, communication, and coordination with Ameresco customers and subcontractors in the design and construction phases, including project status updates and remedies for delays or other concerns. • Manage, coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality control and that projects installed per design documents, are delivered on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding the customers’ expectations. • Evaluate technologies and equipment and recommend most suitable for each application. • Provide all necessary support, reports, and documentation required by Management for project, including technical and other support to sales, engineering and operating functions as needed. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Project Team to prepare and maintain all forms of project presentations, documentation, and related material. • Manage Project to assure accurate record keeping for project to include, daily log, schedule updates, customer interface. • Review and manage all expenditures for assigned project including ensuring all invoices approved for payment are within budget established in project report and have appropriate purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documentation. • Foster effective customer, subcontractor and vendor relationships at multiple levels and project phases. • Attend weekly construction meetings at jobsite. • Analyze proposals, prepare spreadsheets, and assist with review meetings; and perform other duties as required.
