• The Senior BI Analyst serves as a partner to the business or clinical area supported and will use analytic expertise including knowledge of data structures, programming, and statistics along with critical thinking and an understanding of their assigned subject area/business to help the organization make data-driven decisions. • Collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data sets in order to answer a question or solve a problem including identifying and effectively communicating improvement opportunities and supporting the evaluation of existing processes and strategic improvement efforts. • Independently consults with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope on projects of all sizes. • Collaborates with internal partners and organizations in the design and development of reporting solutions and analytic studies to support business needs. • Develops, validates, and executes complex queries. • Interprets results and makes recommendations to business areas based on findings.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI • Build and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Develop automated reporting solutions and KPI tracking tools • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting environments • Integrate data from SQL databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and other business systems • Support data migration activities by working with business and technical teams to prepare, map, and validate data for reporting use • Test and validate reports and dashboards using migrated data to confirm accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business expectations • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and visualization issues • Document reporting processes, data definitions, and technical specifications • Assist in developing and maintaining front-end web applications and internal tools • Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies • Support UI/UX improvements for dashboards and business applications • Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance user experiences • Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities

Maintain data integrity and quality to develop analytical solutions to turn data into insights. This technology person has expertise in reporting tools and technologies on EPIC and/or other business intelligence tools. - Designs and implements complex reports and dashboards according to stakeholder needs and user specifications. - Transforms the data into usable formats in reports using subject matter expertise on the clinical or financial domains. - Translates business needs into technical specifications. - Designs, implements, and supports data modeling and data warehousing projects. - Designs, develops, and optimizes data transformations to import and export data from operational systems, vendor applications, and data warehouses. - Advanced Report and Dashboard Development - writes complex queries, filters, and works as an administrator for the reporting platform. - Prepares design specifications and functional documentation for assigned business intelligence projects. - Manages and maintains the authorization and authentication for the users of the reports and dashboards, understands the security protocols. Qualifications - High School diploma or GED is required. - 5 years of experience, minimum 2 years of experience in related field. - Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to function area and related systems. Benefits - Pay Range: $95,000.00 USD - $130,000.00 USD. - The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
