• Manage the onboarding journey for LATAM clients in the Indirect Channel, ensuring a consultative, strategic, and results-oriented experience • Act as the primary client contact during the onboarding process, promoting alignment, transparency, and engagement throughout the project • Gather requirements, map processes, and understand clients' business needs • Lead kick-off meetings, operational alignments, and project status follow-ups • Prepare documentation, schedules, action plans, and executive presentations • Monitor project progress, identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure agreed deadlines are met • Support clients in the implementation and integration of solutions, clarifying technical and operational workflow questions • Understand business rules and solution implementation standards, ensuring adherence to project scope and product definitions • Perform system configurations and parameterizations according to the implementation process • Deliver remote and/or in-person training for clients and internal teams • Drive adoption of solutions, fostering engagement and value generation for the client • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and efficient delivery.
