Project Manager / Business Analyst

• Full project management • Ensure deliveries meet scope, schedule, quality, and budget • Maintain strong financial governance and communication with stakeholders • Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria using the Waterfall methodology • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation • Establish project budget and cost control mechanisms • Support requirements elicitation and business analysis activities • Monitor progress related to scope, schedule, budget, and quality • Ensure expenses are recorded and invoiced according to contractual terms • Identify deviations and implement corrective actions • Prepare executive reports and project status presentations • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, sponsors, and technical teams • Coordinate final delivery and financial reconciliation of the project

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology or digital projects
  • Experience with the Waterfall methodology
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Experience in project financial management, budgeting, forecast, EAC and ETC
  • Ability to perform Business Analyst activities when necessary
  • Strong analytical profile and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience preparing executive reports and presentations
  • Advanced English
