Role Description Our client, a growing educational and professional development organization, is seeking an experienced Clinical Nutrition Educator (Instructor) to teach and mentor students on clinical nutrition practices, healthy lifestyle management, nutrition assessment, and professional strategies for becoming successful Clinical Nutrition professionals. This role is ideal for an experienced Clinical Nutritionist, Dietitian, or Nutrition Educator who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and sharing practical industry knowledge with aspiring nutrition and wellness professionals. - Deliver engaging training sessions on clinical nutrition, healthy eating practices, and nutrition-related health management. - Teach students how to assess nutritional needs and develop nutrition plans for different health and wellness goals. - Guide students on evidence-based nutrition strategies, dietary planning, and patient/client nutrition education. - Share practical experiences, case studies, and real-world insights from clinical nutrition practice. - Teach students about nutrition for chronic disease management, wellness promotion, and preventive healthcare. - Develop instructional materials, presentations, assignments, and practical nutrition exercises. - Facilitate workshops, discussions, and case-study-based learning sessions. - Mentor students on career pathways, professional ethics, and best practices within the nutrition field. - Support students in understanding nutrition assessment tools and client communication techniques. - Stay updated on nutrition research, dietary guidelines, and emerging wellness trends. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, Public Health, Health Sciences, or related field required. - Master’s degree or professional certification in Clinical Nutrition or Dietetics is an advantage. - Minimum of 4–5 years of practical experience in clinical nutrition, dietetics, wellness coaching, healthcare nutrition, or related fields. - Strong understanding of nutrition science, dietary planning, wellness management, and preventive healthcare. - Experience teaching, mentoring, coaching, or facilitating workshops is highly desirable. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to explain nutrition concepts clearly and engage students effectively. - Strong mentoring, coaching, and professional guidance abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools. - Must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada. Preferred Qualifications - Registered Dietitian (RD), Licensed Nutritionist, or related professional certification is an advantage. - Experience working in hospitals, wellness centers, clinics, educational institutions, or community health programs. - Familiarity with virtual teaching or online wellness education platforms. - Passion for mentoring aspiring nutrition and wellness professionals.
