• Own daily global cash positioning, liquidity management, and short-term cash forecasting across all entities, while developing rolling forecasts (weekly, monthly, and long-range) to identify liquidity risks and optimization opportunities. • Execute and oversee domestic and international payments (wires, ACH, FX), manage global banking relationships including account structure and fee optimization, and lead bank account administration including KYC documentation and compliance. • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and business stakeholders to align cash forecasts with operating plans; monitor and optimize working capital including AR collections, AP payment timing, and cash conversion efficiency. • Support debt compliance, covenant reporting, capital markets activities, and corporate insurance renewals, while ensuring strong treasury controls including payment approval workflows and fraud prevention measures. • Lead treasury systems and bank connectivity initiatives (TMS, APIs, bank portals), maintain treasury policies and process documentation, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance cash visibility and operational efficiency.

Role Description Operations Analyst II – Material & Equipment Governance oversees capital planning and governance for Global Commercial Operations, including Base Capital and Shared/Success-Based Capital (SBC). This role partners with Field Operations, Network Implementation, Standards, Finance, Procurement, Planning, Product, R&D, and other key organizations to ensure accurate budgeting and reporting, consistent test equipment standards, effective vendor management, and compliant material governance. The position also supports process and system improvements through data analysis, reporting solutions, and cross-functional coordination for trials, migrations, and operational readiness. This role is designated as a fully remote position within the United States. Main Responsibilities - Lead capital budgeting, forecasting, business case development, spend governance, trending, and reporting for Enterprise National, Enterprise Local, and Consumer Field Operations across Base and Shared/Success-Based Capital (SBC). - Provide reporting solutions and data analysis to identify business trends, explain impacts, and recommend workflow/process improvements that support strategic decision-making. - Drive research and development for new technology test equipment; coordinate lab and field trials; troubleshoot standards issues; and maintain operations control standards for test equipment. - Establish, maintain, and enforce material coding, standards, and approvals; ensure compliance and governance for minor materials, testing equipment, and tools used in Field Operations. - Negotiate with vendors on equipment and pricing; manage vendor relationships; and serve as an ongoing liaison to resolve issues and improve outcomes. - Function as the Field Operations & Standards liaison with A&E Transport, Metro, all Lumen labs, Product, Procurement, Planning, Centralized Operations, Cost Transformation, and Finance. - Support project/program execution, including system migrations (e.g., Lumen systems impacting Enterprise National & Enterprise Local Field Operations and adoption of tools/platforms (e.g., SAP/S4HANA, Power Apps, structured and unstructured data sources). - Maintain and reconcile equipment inventory and asset records in GCO Inventory Power App; SAP/S4HANA for receiving documentation and PO/receipt matching to support accurate asset validation; leverage Power Apps to streamline intake, tracking, and audit workflows; perform routine and ad hoc audits/reconciliations; and investigate variances to ensure accurate asset tagging, custody, and documentation. - Exchange information requiring interpretation and influence; deliver insights, recommendations, and updates with tact and clarity. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of related experience in field operations, capital/asset management, finance analytics, supply chain/procurement support, or similar. - Experience with capital budgeting/forecasting, business case analysis, spend governance, and performance reporting. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills; ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations. - Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency with data visualization concepts and reporting. - Working knowledge of enterprise systems and data sources (e.g., SAP/S4HANA, Power Apps; structured and unstructured databases). - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within a defined scope using sound judgment and initiative. - Proactive problem-solver and strategic thinker who identifies process gaps and drives improvements.
