Role Description We’re looking for a designer who will take ownership of the project’s visual communication, from social media creatives to landing pages. You’ll work closely with the Design Director who’ll help shape the direction and standards, while you bring ideas to life and help develop the visual style further. Qualifications - Strong Figma skills including layouts, components, and auto layout - Good visual taste and understanding of typography, grids, and color - Understanding of social media formats and platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn - Experience designing landing pages with an understanding of structure, CTA logic, and user flow - Ability to work within existing brand guidelines while still bringing your own ideas and initiative - Independence and good self-management skills Requirements - Create content for social media including posts, stories, and banners in a consistent visual style - Design and build landing pages, from structure and layout to developer handoff - Support and develop the project’s visual identity - Participate in content brainstorms and suggest visual ideas - Prepare materials for partners and external communications Benefits - Remote with a flexible schedule. • Oversee and drive the design process for high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, ensuring a seamless execution from concept to completion. • Lead the development and presentation of compelling design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes that align with the studio’s aesthetic and client expectations. • Lead the creation of detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations, integrating architectural elements and interior finishes. • Curate and specify luxury materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories, ensuring a cohesive and refined design outcome. • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants, facilitating clear communication and collaboration. • Review shop drawings, oversee installations, and conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed with precision. • Work closely with junior designers, project managers, and procurement specialists to maintain workflow efficiency and uphold project timelines. • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, proactively addressing any challenges that arise. • Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of budgets and drawing sets, ensuring accuracy in specifications, technical production, and adherence to basic code requirements. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering professional growth and maintaining studio excellence.
