• The Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in shaping competitive, compliant and sustainable pricing strategies for staffing and workforce solutions within the government and private sectors, with a strong focus on federal contracts. • Working closely with Finance, Business Development, Proposal Management, and Delivery teams, this individual will ensure that all pricing submissions meet client expectations, align with organisational margin goals, and fully comply with federal wage determinations, Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements, and living wage standards. • This position requires both analytical rigour and a deep understanding of the unique pricing considerations in government staffing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in pricing or financial analysis within staffing, government contracting, or healthcare services.
- Familiarity with SCA wage determinations, FAR cost principles, and federal procurement processes strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modelling) and other data analysis tools; experience with pricing software, ERP, or BI tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings to stakeholders with varying levels of financial expertise.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
