Senior Pricing Analyst

• Support all pricing activities for Dayton Superior and Sales/Operations Support for White Cap • Gathers and compiles raw data; conducts research for industry trends • Analyzes, reports, and prepares cost analyses • Defines data definitions and documents data limitations • Prepares spreadsheets for data analysis; prepares reports with charts and graphs • Provides recommendations based on findings and analysis • Participates on department and interdepartmental projects
Job Requirements
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
- Generally, 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- 3+ years in a Pricing analytic role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau
- Proven ability to analyze, evaluate, and interpret large complex data including a pricing matrix
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and using data visualization tools
- Experience in either distribution, manufacturing, or retail price management
- Strong project management skills

General Information - Job Code: PRO-CS-04T - Location: Ripple Effect Headquarters – Rockville, MD - Employee Type: Exempt, Full-Time Regular - Telework: This role is fully remote - Salary Range: $98,475 - $110,000 per year (how we pay and promote) Position Overview Are you passionate about managing details that protect and empower organizations? Ripple Effect is seeking a Senior Pricing and Contracts Analyst to oversee this activity across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies. This role involves developing pricing proposals, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and monitoring contract performance to support business objectives. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, business development, project and finance teams, applying strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to drive effective pricing and contract management while building strong internal and external relationships. While not an exhaustive list, the key duties for the position include: - Leading pricing analysis for multiple bids, ensuring accurate and comprehensive estimates and compliance with the solicitation and contract requirements. - Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contract proposals and pricing structures with clients and subcontractors. - Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and finalizes contracts/subcontracts (including amendments, renewals, and terminations) while ensuring high-quality and responsive contract execution. - Analyzing financial and contract data to develop pricing and contracting strategies that align with company goals. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including project management, finance, and business development—to lead contract discussions and support effective contract execution. - Evaluating contract and pricing risk factors and recommending solutions to support informed decision-making. - Maintaining and enhancing pricing models to ensure a smooth and efficient bidding process.
